TERMS I agree and acknowledge that:

1) Resort Solution Trust is a For-Sale By-Owner advertising company that is NOT a real estate broker. The methods of advertisement that we utilize in marketing your property are as follows:

a. Internet- we produce a custom ad with all of the customer’s property information on our website.

b. Print- we have a catalog that features new properties each month and goes out to a circulation of potential buyers.

c. Direct Mail- we send out mailers/postcards to advertise the availability of new properties.

d. Calls to Current Owners- we have an aggressive Buyer’s Department that makes phone calls to offer property availability to interested parties.

e. Outside Media- we actively market properties with Clear Channel Outdoor Media in highly trafficked areas for maximum exposure.

2) Resort Solution Trust   will contact me with all offers, and allow me to negotiate the sale/rental of my timeshare/campground without the involvement of any broker, and without any commission.

3) Resort Solution Trust assumes that my timeshare/campground sells or rents in 3 months,unless I advise Resort Solution Trust to the contrary, prior to the expiration date of 3 months. Upon notification, Resort Solution Trust will renew my advertisement at the companys expense until the unit sells or rents.

4) Resort Solution Trust will refund your advertising fee if your timeshare/campground is sold by any other company within 10% of your original asking price upon proof of sale.

 5) In the event of cancellation said customer must provide written intent within 7 days after receipt of the confirmation number, thereafter all fees are nonrefundable.
